• Being approachable and welcoming to all members and guests;

• Meet/greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service;

• Monitor the members and guests profiles and anticipate to the membership renewal and registration; and

• Ensuring guests’ needs or feedback are handled sensitively or escalated where required.

• Passion for fitness and sports;

• Service focused personality is essential, dynamic and high level of attention to detail;

• Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen to others and respond with respect;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus; and

• Previous experience in a fitness center environment is desirable.
