Job Description
Are you looking for a role where you can build experience, meet new people, and work in a stunning location? We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at the Fairmont St Andrews retail shop.
Location: Fairmont St Andrews
Contract Type: Casual (around 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase during holidays or to cover annual leave)
What You'll be doing:
Provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors
Help with in-store promotions to drive sales
Keep the shop clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented
Share product knowledge and recommend gifts and items to customers
Handle payments, bookings and support daily shop operations
Follow all procedures related to Health & Safety, security, and customer service
Support the Retail Manager with varied tasks as needed
Qualifications
