求人内容
- To hear of the guests and establish quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
- To work closely with the other sections and partner companies to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
- To work to update plans and tools to increase customer attraction
- Planning and Management of bridal fairs and the other events. To participate the outside event
- To maintain account and the other business details
- To support to S&P Manager.
- To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
- Answering emails, phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
- Other duties as assigned
- ゲストの要望を聞き、見積もりを作成し、価格交渉を行う。
- 他セクションや協力会社との連携を密にし、契約内容が全て履行され、ゲストが満足して出発できるようにする。
- 集客力アップのための企画やツールの更新作業
- ブライダルフェアやその他イベントの企画・運営 外部イベントへの参加
- アカウント管理、その他業務管理
- S&Pマネージャーのサポート
- 必要に応じて、週報、月報、四半期報告、年次報告書の作成
- メール、電話、来客対応
- その他指示された業務
資格
- To have basic knowledge for sales, and interested in the hotel industry as a whole
- To think and make decisions on their own and report the results to their supervisor
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- 営業としての基礎知識を持ち、ホテル業界全体に興味を持つ。
- 自ら考え、判断し、その結果を上司に報告できる。
- マイクロソフト・ウインドウ・アプリケーション、または関連するコンピューター・アプリケーションを使いこなせること。
- 文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 対人能力、問題解決能力の高い方
- 高い責任感と信頼性
- ゲストのニーズに注意を向け、常に冷静で礼儀正しい対応ができる。
