We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and reach individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and product development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
- Forecast sales, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products or services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data analysis
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team collaborations
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and emerging sales trends
- Working knowledge of labor laws and ethical sales practices
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages relevant to the Indian market is a plus
