Como Responsable del departamento comercial, tu principal misión será impulsar la apertura y el desarrollo del negocio, generando nuevas oportunidades y consolidando relaciones de valor con empresas y clientes estratégicos. Serás un embajador/a de la marca Ibis Styles, contribuyendo activamente al crecimiento sostenible del hotel y al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.
Funciones principales:
- Identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el segmento corporativo y empresarial, mediante prospección directa y visitas comerciales.
- Desarrollar y mantener vínculos sólidos con empresas: contacto continuo, presentación de propuestas, elaboración de presupuestos y cierre de acuerdos.
- Realizar seguimiento post-venta, asegurando una experiencia satisfactoria y fomentando la fidelización de clientes.
- Prestar apoyo operativo en la organización y coordinación de eventos, colaborando con los equipos internos para garantizar su correcta ejecución.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los diferentes departamentos del hotel para optimizar la entrega del servicio y maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Gestionar su cartera de clientes con autonomía, iniciativa y visión estratégica.
- Demostrar capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos, con enfoque en la consecución de resultados medibles en ventas y desarrollo de negocio.
- Experiencia demostrable en funciones comerciales, especialmente en prospección directa y ventas corporativas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y construcción de relaciones profesionales.
- Perfil autónomo, proactivo y orientado al logro.
- Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle en la gestión de clientes y eventos.
- Enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados.
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos y visitas presenciales a empresas.
- Idiomas: Catalán y Español fluidos; Inglés alto.
