Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Pune, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and growth
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of the local market in Pune and surrounding areas is a plus
