Job Description

 

  1. Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the F&B and social events sectors.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
    • Actively participate in promoting venue packages, catering services, and event-related offerings.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Deliver personalized event solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Provide excellent after-sales service to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  3. Marketing and Promotion

    • Assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns to attract social events.
    • Leverage social media, partnerships, and other platforms to enhance visibility.
    • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  4. Revenue Management

    • Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.
  5. Administrative and Reporting Duties

    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative event solutions.
  • Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
