Georgie is on the lookout for a hands-on Restaurant & Bar Floor Manager to take charge of our Front of House service, elevate guest experiences, and play a key role in the future of Bar Allora!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Spend 80% of your time on the floor, leading service and wowing our guests, with the remaining 20% dedicated to admin and reporting tasks
- Lead and mentor a high-energy team to deliver seamless, top-tier service
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Driving efficiency in operations and ensuring smooth lunch and dinner service
- Training, mentoring, and developing FOH team members
- Oversee stock, budgets, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor (or similar leadership role)
- A natural host who thrives on guest interactions and creating memorable experiences
- A proactive and hands-on leader who loves being on the floor
- Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and service excellence
- Someone looking to grow into a senior hospitality leadership role
