- Lead the operations of our iconic beachfront resort, delivering refined experiences with authentic Balinese hospitality.
- Inspire the team to uphold exceptional service standards and a culture of excellence.
- Drive operational performance with focus on guest satisfaction and business success.
- Represent the resort with grace, building relationship with guests, partners and community.
- Proven experiences as a Resident Manager, or a minimum 2 years as Executive Assistant Manager within a reputable international 5-star environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with previous Accor experience and a solid background in Food & Beverage operation and management.
- A collaborative and inspiring leader with a strong commercial, loyalty, brand standards and all ecosystem of Accor or any other international group.
- Demonstrate success in premium and luxury hospitality setting with deep understanding of elevated guest expectation and service excellence.
