INSPIRED BY HISTORY

The authentic colonial-era design and ornate furnishings of La Veranda are a tribute to founder Madame Catherine’s storied family connection to Phú Quôc and Indochine.

Raised in Phnom Penh and on the picturesque waterways surrounding Tonlé Sap Lake, Madame Catherine spent decades travelling the world before returning to build a home for her retirement on the idyllic island of her ancestors.

Her childhood during the height of French rule inspired every detail in her designs for an authentic 1920s French colonial-style mansion – La Veranda’s charming main house.

La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery, a proud member of the Accor group, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservation Intern to join our elegant beachfront retreat.

As a Reservation Intern, you will support our Reservations team in creating seamless booking experiences and providing personalized service to future guests. You will play a key role in the guest journey before their arrival – ensuring every detail is cared for with warmth and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems.

2. Enter and update guest booking information into the resort’s reservation management system.

3. Confirm bookings, send reservation details to guests, and provide pre-arrival information.

4. Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales departments to ensure smooth check-in and guest experience.

5. Support in managing group bookings and special requests.

6. Provide information about room rates, availability, resort facilities, and promotions.

7. Help solve booking-related issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

8. Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations.

- Hospitality or tourism major (or a related field)

- Passionate about guest service and hotel operations

- Good communication skills, with basic English proficiency

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

- Internship duration: minimum 3 months
