Poste RM Multi-hôtel basé à Montparnasse
Notre équipe recherche son/sa prochain(e) Revenue Manager Multi Sites (F/H) en CDI (basé à Paris) Vous serez responsable d’un périmètre d’une dizaine d’hôtels situés en France (Province et IDF) principalement sous franchise Accor.
Votre Profil :
•Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience dans le Revenue management qui vous a permis d’acquérir une bonne vision des actions nécessaires au développement du CA.
• Vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication
• Vous détenez idéalement la maîtrise d’un RMS, PMS, CRS hôtelier
• Vous êtes résolument positif (ve), vous vivez chaque difficulté comme une opportunité de développement et de remise en question.
Vos futures missions
• Analyse la performance des hôtels (mix client, jour de semaine, concrétisation, tarifs, parts de marché, taux de captage…) et tire des leviers d’amélioration.
• Définit la stratégie Revenue Management avec le GM et le DOP à court, moyen et long terme afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaires.
• Être force de proposition pour dynamiser le chiffre d’affaires sur les différents segments.
• Accompagne les équipes des différents hôtels pour la mise en place de la stratégie.
• Coordonne le pricing public et les principaux contrats de vente. (Corporate, FIT, etc.)
• Ajuster la stratégie au quotidien grâce à nos différents outils de reporting et d’aide à la décision.
• Assure un bon suivi E-distribution de ses hôtels en optimisant les différents canaux.
• Assure une veille concurrentielle et évènementielle.
• Participe activement à l’évolution du Trevpar de ses hôtels et de la filière Revenu au sein de l’Entreprise en général.
