Description du poste

Ta mission si tu l’acceptes :

Être le sourire et la bonne humeur de l’hôtel dès l’arrivée des clients (et jusqu’à leur départ !)
Répondre à toutes leurs demandes avec enthousiasme et efficacité
Gérer les check-in/check-out, la facturation, les paiements et la sécurité avec rigueur (même avec ton plus grand sourire)
Promouvoir notre boutique et nos services annexes (comme notre super bar !)
Travailler main dans la main avec une équipe de 10 talents qui n’attend que toi pour briller encore plus

Qualifications

Ce que nous cherchons chez toi :

Tu as déjà fait de l’accueil, ou tu es naturellement doué.e pour le contact humain ?
Tu parles français et anglais (d’autres langues sont un plus, évidemment !)
Tu es positif.ve, organisé.e, et tu sais garder ton calme même quand la gare est en ébullition ?
Tu n’as pas peur des horaires décalés (mais pas de nuit, sauf 1 fois par an, histoire de découvrir les coulisses) ?
Tu maîtrise le logiciel Opera Cloud ou équivalent

Tu es au bon endroit !
