Olympic Bar, located in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Server to join our dynamic team during this holiday season and make our guests' holiday stay one to remember! Key Responsibilities:

• Create an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Have an extensive knowledge of all menu items and their preparation
• Take guest orders while making menu recommendations
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service during peak hours
• Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction

• Prior upscale serving experience preferred
• Ability to work in fast paced environments
• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
• Available to work early morning, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handlers Card and MAST Permit required
