We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs on painted surfaces
• Plan and execute painting projects efficiently, adhering to schedules and deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth project completion
• Maintain painting equipment and tools in good condition
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor
• Adapt to various work environments and weather conditions, including high temperatures common in Dubai

• Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and materials
• Strong knowledge of color theory and paint mixing
• Ability to work safely at heights and use ladders properly
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Good proficiency in English language
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including high temperatures
