What you will be doing:
- Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures
- Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience
- Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system).
- POS experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work overnight, with shifts rostered from 11pm to 7am
- Full and unrestricted Australian drivers licence
- Valid and current First Aid and CPR certificate
- South Australian RSA certification
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights
