Support the development and execution of the hotel's annual and seasonal marketing plans and campaigns.
Coordinate marketing activities for the hotel, restaurants, bars, events, and other lifestyle offerings.
Assist in developing engaging content for social media, digital platforms, email marketing, websites, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the creative team and external agencies on photography, videography, graphic design, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Maintain and update hotel and outlet marketing content across relevant digital platforms.
Support social media planning, content calendars, community engagement, and campaign execution.
Assist with influencer, media, and brand partnership activities, including coordination of visits, events, collaborations, and content deliverables.
Support the planning and promotion of hotel events, activations, celebrations, and special occasions.
Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Sales, Revenue, PR, Events, and Operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business priorities.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, newsletters, e-shots, presentations, and other marketing communications.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports and presentations, including relevant digital and social media metrics.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant trends, opportunities, and new marketing initiatives within the luxury hospitality sector.
Assist in maintaining the hotel's brand standards across all marketing communications and promotional materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and agencies to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and according to brand requirements.
Support photoshoots, video productions, media visits, influencer activations, and other marketing events.
Assist with marketing administration, including purchase orders, invoices, schedules, databases, and campaign documentation.
Stay up to date with current luxury hospitality, lifestyle, digital, social media, and consumer marketing trends.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Previous marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, hotels, lifestyle, restaurants, or a premium consumer brand.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative sense with an eye for branding, content, and visual presentation.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, and content creation tools is an advantage.
Experience working with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, and media partners is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy luxury hospitality environment.
Flexibility to support events, activations, and marketing activities outside standard working hours when required.
