Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part Time Kitchen Attendant to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment to support our chefs and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, benches, storage areas, and waste disposal areas

  • Assist with basic food preparation as directed by chefs

  • Receive and store deliveries following food safety standards

  • Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately

  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

  • Support kitchen staff during busy service periods

 


Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

  • Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
