For our conferencing & events guests we have 6 modern function rooms available, accommodating up to 500 delegates.

About the role:
- Part Time role available (PPT24 minimum 24 hours per week guaranteed, maximum hours 38 per week)
- Ensure a constant and sufficient supply of equipment and clean utensils to all outlets at all times.
- Be responsible for providing the highest level of attention to all aspects of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Kitchen, including but not limited to cutlery, crockery and commercial equipment
- Recycling and removal of rubbish
- Assisting Chefs with food preparation as required
- Adhere to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines.
- Follow and adhere to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe and WHS requirements.
- Work on a rotation roster, including AM, PM shifts on a 7 day rotation roster, including weekends and public holidays.
A bit about you:
You may have previous experience in a similar fast paced environment. Regardless of your level of experience, there are a few things that would make you shine in this role, which include:
- Great energy and a “Find the YES!” positive attitude.
- Good time management skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi task will be essential to this role
- Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- Experience in a similar role is ideal
- You might be a Commerical Cookery Student, looking to gain some practical experience
- You hold valid working rights for Australia
