Job Description

  1. Answers telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information.
  2. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
  3. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, or unusual occurrences Records all incoming calls, ensures all messages are disseminated and followed up accordingly.
  4. Participates in departmental meetings and trainings etc.
  5. Updates and maintains all Culinary Department files.
  6. Keeps and maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of the Culinary Department Office.
  7. Clears all outdated reports on a monthly basis based on the hotel standard for record keeping.
  8. Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.
  9. Protects company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Ensures uniform, nametag, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
  12. To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
  13. To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.
  14. Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities
  15. Carries out all responsibilities related to the Food Safety Management systems implemented at the facilities
  16. Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description

Qualifications

  • Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
  • Foreign Language: Not expected.
  • Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the related field.
  • Computer Literacy: Not expected.
  •  Skills: Adaptability/Flexibility, Stress Tolerance
