The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of graphic design and print production experience to join our dynamic marketing and design team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. You will develop your skills and professional experience as you work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and the Creative Director to develop print and digital assets that enhance the resort’s branding, promotions, and guest experience. 

• Assist in designing and producing print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, signage, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Prepare and optimize files for print production, ensuring high-quality output and proper color management. 
• Collaborate with internal teams and print vendors to ensure accurate production specifications and timely delivery. 
• Assist with photo editing, retouching, and resizing for marketing materials. 
• Support the marketing team with social media graphics, web assets, and email marketing visuals as needed. 
• Stay up to date with design trends, printing techniques, and resort marketing strategies. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on print production. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Project Management Software, such as Asana or Trello 
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color theory, typography, and layout design. 
• Experience preparing press-ready files and working with print vendors. 
• Knowledge of digital design for social media and web is a plus. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.   
• Hospitality, resort, marketing agency or luxury brand experience is a plus. 
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or HTML/CSS is a bonus. 
• Experience with photography or photo manipulation is an advantage.
