Job Description

Within the Group Global Communication department, you will work with the Engagement & Internal Communication team to coordinate transversal projects at a global level.

You will be involved in various projects, particularly focusing on:

  • Organize and coordinate internal events (breakfasts with the Executive Committee, town halls, seminars, New Year’s Eve parties, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders from preparation through to post-event follow-up
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Participate in creating communication materials related to internal events: agency briefs, Canva visuals, posts for our internal social networks to promote events etc.

Qualifications

Background

Level of Education: Master / MBA - Bac + 4/5 / Final year of business school

First experience/significant internship in a corporate organization / communication agency

Area of study: Communication, business school

Languages: French and English (fluent)

Required skills

  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills : Ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • Rigorous and Detail-Oriented : Strong anticipation and adaptability skills.
  • Mature and Professional : Confidence when interacting with top management.
  • Proactive and Autonomous : Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in the field of Communication
  • Team Player
  • Interest or Experience in Hospitality

Additional Information

Work environment 

  • Location: Accor Corporate Headquarters at Issy les Moulineaux, Tour Sequana
  • Remote work possible 2 days/week // No travels indicated
  • Start Date : as soon as possible
  • Duration : 6 months
