• Knowledge in Opera PMS and balancing procedures. Run reports and draw up statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures
• Compile day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance, distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required
• Complete computer system backups and save in accordance with finance policies and procedures
• Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management Etc.
   
• Opera PMSとバランシング手続きに関する知識。財務方針および手続きに従ってレポートを作成し、統計情報を作成する。
• PCIコンプライアンスに従ってデイパックレポートや書類をまとめ、必要に応じて特定の部署にタイムリーに配布する。
• 財務ポリシーと手続きに従い、コンピューターシステムのバックアップと保存を完了する。
• ホテルのすべてのポリシー、手順、関連法規を理解し、遵守する。
• 上層部から指定されたその他の職務を遂行する準備ができ、責任を負うこと。

• Experience working in a hotel preferred, especially experience with Opera system
• Knowledge equivalent to Level 2 of the Bookkeeping certification is desirable
• Beginner's level English proficiency
• Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
   
• ホテルでの勤務経験、特にOperaシステムの使用経験があることが望ましい
• 簿記検定2級程度の知識があることが望ましい
• 初級レベルの英語力
• 対人能力、問題解決能力
• 時間管理とマルチタスクスキル
• スピード感のある環境で、プレッシャーに負けずに仕事をする能力
• チームの一員として同僚と協調できる能力
