You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms 🛏️ and common areas. 🏢

Thanks to your sense of detail, Mama will remain as good as new, ensuring our guests can have a perfect experience. 👌

Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract. 📋

You coordinate with the various internal and external services. 🤝

You’re in charge of the orders for the laundry 🧺 and non-consumables 🧴 (hospitality products and equipment in the room). 

As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions ⚠️, comments 📝, and customer complaints. 🙋‍♂️📢
