Job Description
• Constantly offer a professional, friendly welcome and engaging service, creating emotional moments for our guests.
• Have thorough knowledge of the food and beverage offerings at the outlets and their operations.
• Manage weekly reservations through digital platforms.
• Understand the tasks of the server at the point of sale.
• Have complete knowledge and adhere to the main quality assurance standards.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Assist guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
• Responsible cash handling. Open and close the cash register during your shift.
