Job Description
Health Club Supervisor
Looking after the health and wellbeing of our guests, visitors, and colleagues is an integral part of our culture, so we invite you to bring your passion and initiative to our facility as Health Club Supervisor.
This is a full-time, permanent role, starting November 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $24.25 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $30.40.
Job Duties Include:
- Supervise the day to day operation of the Health Club and ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience
- Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and used according to the rules of the facility
- Organize and promote guest member fitness programs and activities
- Ensure guests are provided with proper instruction on the use of equipment and fitness information
- Ensure all attendance records are accurate and guests are registered according to standards
- Ensure the Health Club area is clean and well maintained
- Conduct regular inventory of operational and retail supplies
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience (preferably within a Health Club environment)
- Experience within a Health Club operation is required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
