Job Description
The Head Chef is responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, menu creation, and ensuring the high quality of all prepared dishes. They lead the kitchen team, organize kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and regularly updating the menu
- Managing and coordinating the kitchen team
- Monitoring the quality and presentation of dishes
- Planning shifts and organizing kitchen workflow

Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 6 years) Excellent knowledge of gastronomy and current trends Strong leadership and organizational skills Creativity and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and flexibility Knowledge of hygiene standards
- Ordering ingredients and checking their quality
- Controlling costs and minimizing food waste
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Collaborating with restaurant management
