Estamos em busca de um(a) Governanta Executiva que irá integrar nossa equipe no Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. Será responsável pela gestão estratégica do departamento e por assegurar padrões elevados de qualidade, limpeza e apresentação, em conformidade com as diretrizes da marca.
- Planejar, coordenar e supervisionar as operações diárias de limpeza e arrumação de apartamentos e áreas comuns;
- Liderar a estrutura composta por coordenadores, supervisores e toda a equipe operacional garantindo alinhamento, comunicação eficiente e alta performance;
- Exercer forte liderança na gestão de equipes, incluindo avaliação de desempenho e retenção de talentos;
- Promover um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, com foco em engajamento, produtividade e excelência operacional;
- Gerir processos de compras do departamento, incluindo seleção de fornecedores, negociação e aquisição de materiais, enxoval e amenities junto ao time responsável;
- Controlar custos operacionais e orçamento, assegurando eficiência no uso de recursos e cumprimento de metas financeiras;
- Realizar controle rigoroso de estoque e inventários, garantindo reposição adequada e evitando perdas;
- Implementar e monitorar os padrões de qualidade, auditorias e procedimentos operacionais;
- Atuar em conjunto com manutenção para garantir conservação e funcionalidade das instalações;
- Garantir a excelência na experiência do hóspede, respondendo prontamente a solicitações e resolvendo ocorrências;
- Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de higiene, segurança e sustentabilidade.
- Formação superior em Hotelaria, Turismo, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Pós-graduação/MBA será um diferencial;
- Experiência comprovada como Governanta, preferencialmente em hotéis de luxo ou alto padrão com volume de quartos;
- Sólida vivência em gestão de equipes, incluindo liderança de coordenadores e supervisores;
- Conhecimento em controle de custos, orçamento, compras e gestão de estoque;
- Domínio de padrões de qualidade, auditorias e procedimentos operacionais de housekeeping;
- Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e negociação;
- Conhecimento das normas de higiene, segurança e sustentabilidade aplicadas à hotelaria;
- Perfil estratégico, com foco em resultados, excelência no atendimento ao hóspede e resolução de conflitos;
- Inglês avançado.
