Le Novotel Deauville Plage, 100 chambres dont 14 suites, 3 salles de réunion, piscine, fitness, restaurant, bar, et bar à sushis, recherche activement son/sa Chef(fe) de Réception, en CDI temps plein 39h, à partir du 20 Avril 2026.
Chef de Service sous la responsabilité de la Directrice d’Exploitation et de son Adjointe, vous assurez l’organisation et la qualité du travail d’une équipe complète composée de 7 collaborateurs en CDI, en vous assurant de la satisfaction de la clientèle.
🚀 Missions principales
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice d’Exploitation et de son Adjointe, vous serez garant(e) de :
- L’excellence de l’accueil client : accueil personnalisé, gestion des clients VIP, satisfaction et fidélisation (programme ALL).
- La performance et la cohésion d’une équipe de 7 collaborateurs : formation, animation, gestion des plannings, recrutement.
- La qualité globale du service réception : gestion des indicateurs de performance, amélioration continue, respect des standards Accor.
🔥 Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Chef(fe) de Réception ou Assistant(e) Chef(fe) de Réception en hôtellerie.
- Leadership naturel : capacité à fédérer, motiver et faire grandir une équipe.
- Excellente aisance relationnelle (français et anglais courant).
- Sens aigu du service client : orientation satisfaction, gestion des situations complexes, esprit commercial.
- Rigueur, organisation et autonomie : gestion des plannings, respect des procédures, prise d’initiatives.
- Rémunération attractive : salaire de base à partir de 2500 € hors ICN + primes mensuelles et annuelles.
- Équipe stable : 5 réceptionnistes tournants et 2 de nuit.
