Job Description

Support the operational rollout of global Paid, Owned & Earned (POE) media campaigns and contribute to international coordination.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) for PM&E brands, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities, strong local relevance, and measurable performance outcomes
  • Track and analyze ICP execution and media campaign performance, leveraging dashboards, KPIs, and post-campaign reports in collaboration with CDT data & analytics teams
  • Prepare operational briefs for Publicis based on strategic inputs from the Full Funnel directors within segments.
  • Monitor production and delivery of campaign assets with Publicis and Brand teams.
  • Manage the global production and distribution calendar; flag potential delays.
  • Consolidate and synthesize feedback from regional and local markets.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and reports in collaboration with CDT.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with POE guidelines and brand standards.
  • Coordinate logistics with regional teams (assets, formats, processes)

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track timelines and project milestones.
  • Ability to make strategic recommendations.
  • Background in operational marketing or communications.
  • Good understanding of media and creative processes.

Experience:

  • Manager profile: 7 to 10 years of experience.
  • Strong junior profile: 3 to 4 years of experience, ideally with a background in audit or cross-functional project management.
  • Previous experience in advertising agencies (e.g., Publicis) or advertisers.
