- Actuar como corresponsable de la gestión de la operación e implementar la estrategia del hotel, con el fin de maximizar los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes externos e internos.
- Asegurar el funcionamiento del hotel en A&B y alojamiento de acuerdo con los estándares de la marca y alineación con las estrategias definidas para el posicionamiento en el mercado.
- Asegurar un liderazgo colaborativo, emprendedor y facilitador de los talentos bajo su dirección
- 3 años de Experiencia en cargos de gerencia
- Estudios en Administración de empresas/ Gastronomía/ Hotelería
- Inglés fluído
- Conocimiento de relación con inversionistas
- Gestión de presupuesto del área
- Análisis financieros del área
- Fuerte conocimiento en estrategias de marketing y ventas
- Persona creativa e innovadora
