CLR Hotels est un groupe hôtelier français spécialisé dans l’hôtellerie-restauration midscale, exploitant plusieurs établissements affiliés à Accor (notamment sous la marque ibis).
Nous disposons de deux établissements 3 étoiles, situés à Mulhouse centre et en proche banlieue, comportant respectivement 70 et 77 chambres, avec offre de restauration et bar. CLR Hotels applique des standards élevés de qualité, d’accueil et de service, dans un contexte exigeant de restructuration opérationnelle.
- Superviser et contrôler la propreté des chambres, parties communes et locaux de service, en garantissant le respect des standards Accor / ibis.
- Manager, former et accompagner l’équipe d’étage et de nettoyage (planning, suivi, contrôle qualité).
- Gérer l’organisation quotidienne : répartition des chambres, suivi des arrivées/départs, coordination avec la réception et la maintenance.
- Veiller à l’approvisionnement des produits d’accueil, du linge et du matériel d’entretien.
- Contrôler l’application stricte des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes.
- Remonter toute anomalie technique ou organisationnelle à la direction.
- Être un relais de communication et de motivation auprès de l’équipe.
- Être en mesure de réaliser le nettoyage des chambres en support de l'équipe déjà présente.
- Expérience confirmée en hôtellerie, idéalement en tant que gouvernant(e) ou assistant(e) gouvernant(e) dans un hôtel 3 étoiles ou plus.
- Excellente connaissance des standards de propreté et des procédures d’entretien hôtelier.
- Compétences avérées en management d’équipe et organisation du travail.
- Rigueur, sens du détail, fiabilité et autonomie.
- Bonne capacité de communication et esprit d’équipe.
- Flexibilité et adaptabilité dans un contexte de restructuration.
- Poste en CDI / 39h hebdomadaires.
- Interventions sur 2 établissements (Mulhouse centre et banlieue proche).
- Travail en horaires variables, selon l’activité (week-end et jours fériés inclus).
- Environnement structuré, nécessitant rigueur, engagement et professionnalisme.
Prise de poste à convenir selon disponibilité.
