Job Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent standards.
- Lead the floor during service, providing hands‑on support and maintaining warm, attentive hospitality.
- Guide and motivate the service team to deliver genuine Italian dining experiences.
- Support menu knowledge, upselling, and guest engagement to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests with efficiency and care.
- Ensure product quality and presentation meet Italian culinary standards.
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily checklists to support seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
- Act as a key point of contact between service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage.
- Italian language proficiency is a plus.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing busy service periods.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
