Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead from the front and bring energy, personality, and consistency to our guest experience across restaurant, bar, poolside, and events.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and support the team on shift, help drive service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the relaxed spirit of the resort. You’ll play a key role in building team culture, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, poolside and events
- Motivate, support and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Assist with rostering, recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes
- Work closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service quality
- Manage guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Support stock control, ordering and inventory management
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort or similar environment
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills
- Hands-on, guest-focused approach with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays
