Job Description
As a Food and Beverage Team Member at Hop & Huddle, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. We are renowned for our extensive beer selection, mouthwatering smoked food, and indulgent milkshakes. If you have a passion for these culinary delights and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, we want to hear from you!
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide recommendations on beer & wine pairings, smoked dishes, and milkshakes
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas
- Uphold high standards of customer service to create a memorable dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Potentional for step up shifts as Team Leader or Supervisor for the right person
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge and passion for beer, smoked food, and milkshakes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Valid RSA
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster of mornings and evening shifts
