The Finance & Accounting manager should be familiar with:

• Local accounting legislation.
• Local currency legislation.
• Local Civil law, financial, tax, economic legislation.
• Chart of accounts for financial and economic activities of organizations.
• Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry.
• Other local normative acts regulating the procedure for maintaining accounting and tax records
