Job Description

Key Responsibilities

People Management

  • Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Respond to queries, by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.

Financial Management

  • Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.

Operational Management

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Cost Controller to supervise all operational functions of Cost Controlling such as.
  • Checking of KOTs/BOTs.
  • Spot Checks.
  • Submit all Food and Beverage cost related details to the Accounts Department.
  • Submit to the Food and Beverage Department, all necessary information related to Food and Beverage sales and cost control.
  • Ensure that proper records have been kept of inventory receipts, issues and returns by use of storeroom stock cards and signed documents.
  • Conduct monthly inventory of food, beverages and other storeroom items.

Qualifications

•    Diploma in Accounting / Finance
•    Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar capacity 
•    Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
•    Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
