We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
- Prepare and present bills, process payments, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist in daily setup, restocking, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
- Assist in special events and catering services as needed

- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Malay is an advantage
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service techniques
- Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and bill calculations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Neat and professional appearance
