Events Relations Manager

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has previous sales experience, loves building client relationships, and takes pride in flawless execution.

About the Role

As our Events Relations Manager, you will act as the primary contact for clients once their event is confirmed. You will work closely with Sales and operational departments to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.

You will be the bridge between commercial commitments and operational delivery — ensuring that what is sold is delivered, and delivered exceptionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage event handover from Sales following contract confirmation

  • Build strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact throughout planning

  • Coordinate all operational departments to ensure readiness and alignment

  • Prepare and manage detailed event documentation (BEOs/function sheets)

  • Oversee on-site event execution and resolve any issues in real time

  • Ensure all contractual commitments and brand standards are met

  • Monitor payment schedules and support accurate billing processes

  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and drive repeat business

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in events management within hospitality

  • Strong operational understanding of F&B and event logistics

  • Previous sales experience

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

  • Calm and solutions-focused under pressure

  • Commercial awareness with a guest-centric mindset
