Atividades de estágio: realizar a pré-preparação de ingredientes da confeitaria , auxiliar no preparo, cozimento e conservação de produtos da confeitaria, realizar a modelagem de massa, recheio e decoração , prestar suporte à administração de estoque e controle de consumo. Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
