Missions :
L’Assistant·e Sponsoring assiste le/la Senior Sponsorship Manager en charge des partenariats entertainment (Accor Arena, Wembley OVO Arena, etc.), notamment les partenariats et campagnes de communication avec un focus dédié à la musique, dans leur mise en œuvre opérationnelle. Il/elle contribuera à l’exécution du plan d’actions marketing et communication associé.
Le/la Assistant·e Sponsorship travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les différents partenaires, les agences de communication ainsi qu’avec les équipes internes pour assurer la bonne mise en œuvre des droits et campagnes sponsoring.
- Effectuer un suivi administratif et financier des partenariats.
- Coordonner au quotidien le plan d’activation avec les partenaires, notamment sur la partie événementielle.
- Coordonner les activations partenaires avec les différents services internes (Marketing, Communication, Digital, Brands, les relais en région…).
- Construire un calendrier stratégique des campagnes d’activations et contenus sponsoring.
- Assurer un tracking et suivi de l’efficacité et de l’impact des différentes activations.
- Contribuer au quotidien au déploiement opérationnel des partenariats (merchandising, ticketing, hospitalité…).
Qualifications :
- Vous avez déjà eu la responsabilité de mettre en œuvre des campagnes d’activation/marketing/communication notamment liées à des sujets entertainment.
- Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e) et vous savez accompagner différents types de partenaires.
- Vous êtes rigoureux et capable de gérer des projets et leurs budgets associés.
- Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
- Vous aimez le travail d’équipe.
- Vous avez un anglais courant (écrit et parlé).
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Connaissance ou première expérience du marketing Entertainment, et notamment du marché des partenariats marque – musique, serait un plus.
Rémunération :
- Fixe selon le niveau d’études (Bac +4 ou +5).
- Avantages : prise en charge transport (50 %), indemnité télétravail et tickets restaurant.
