Job Description

Pullman, Novotel, and Ibis at Sydney Olympic Park are seeking a strategic and ambitious senior leader to shape the future of revenue management. This is a rare opportunity to drive revenue growth across iconic brands, lead high-performing teams, and shape emerging capabilities in a dynamic hotel precinct.

As Director of Revenue Management, you will lead both the Revenue and Reservations teams, working together to optimise revenue performance and achieve key business goals. You will formulate and execute revenue strategies, collaborate with the executive team on long-term planning, and foster a strong internal and external community of revenue practice. A key part of your role will also be to identify and develop talent, while providing strategic direction and support to the Reservations team. At Accor, you’ll be recognised, supported, and given every opportunity to grow your career as a Heartist®.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the Revenue Management team and develop robust revenue strategies for Pullman, Novotel, and Ibis Sydney Olympic Park.

  • Support the executive team in long-term business planning and manage the revenue management budget process.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Front Office teams to deliver revenue targets.

  • Create topline revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue streams.

  • Conduct regular RevMax meetings and performance reviews to optimise pricing and inventory.

  • Partner with the Reservations team to ensure efficient room allocation and booking optimisation.

  • Drive market share growth within the competitive set and ensure full utilisation of systems to maximise RevPAR.

  • Champion a culture of revenue excellence, including best practices across a dynamic distribution landscape (OTAs and third-party channels).

  • Ensure data integrity and system hygiene across all Revenue Management and Distribution platforms and tools used by the hotel.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in senior revenue management roles; multi-property oversight is highly regarded.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a strong record of building high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Advanced knowledge of revenue management principles, tools, and practices.

  • Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management Platform and OPERA Cloud is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the distribution landscape, OTAs, and emerging market trends.

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and a passion for championing revenue management as a key strategic function.

  • Naturally curious and open-minded, with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

Additional Information

In return for your commitment, we offer:

  • Enjoy discounted Heartist® rates across our global network of 5,600 properties, 10,000 food and beverage venues, and wellness centers.
  • Grow and travel with your career globally across more than 110 countries, 45 hotel brands from luxury and lifestyle to premium and economy.
  • Continuous learning and investment into your capability, including Accor’s Revenue Management Academy certification.
  • Work with sector-leading IDeaS revenue management platform.
