Le Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe recherche son/sa futur(e) stagiaire en Revenue Management à partir de juillet ou septembre ! Sous la supervision du Directeur du Revenu de l’hôtel, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
- Préparation et analyse de l’ensemble des rapports Revenu quotidiens, hebdomadaires, et mensuels (pick-up, forecast, résultats mensuels, parts de marché etc.)
- Mise à jour des stratégies dans les outils de distribution
- Participation à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie E-Commerce et de nos offres, en lien avec la politique de marque
- Analyses diverses des données topline afin d’élaborer et ajuster les stratégies Room et F&B
- Benchmark et veille concurrentielle
- Participation au déploiement et au pilotage d’un nouveau RMS (Revenue Management System)
- Participation active à la préparation de la mise en place de notre nouveau PMS (configuration, formation etc)
- Assister le Directeur du Revenu dans l’ensemble de ses missions quotidiennes
- Stage long, type Master 1 ou 2
- Ecole de commerce ou de Management hôtelier
- Dynamisme, ambition et rigueur sont des valeurs qui vous parlent
- Esprit analytique
- Excellente maitrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais (niveau avancé nécessaire)
- Première expérience en Réservations et/ou RM
- Connaissance d’Opera PMS, TARS, et IDeaS un plus
- Convention de stage obligatoire
