Nous recrutons pour le compte de notre partenaire franchisé, le Groupe OREA Management, société de gestion hôtelière, détenant 27 hôtels en Ile-de-France.

Le Mercure Paris Le Bourget (145 chambres, restaurant, séminaires, piscine extérieure) situé à proximité du Parc des Expositions du Bourget, entame une nouvelle phase de son histoire : rénovation, repositionnement, montée en gamme opérationnelle.
Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Adjoint(e) pour accompagner le Directeur Général dans un véritable projet de relance.
Votre rôle
Véritable numéro 2 de l’établissement, vous formez un binôme étroit avec le Directeur. Vous interviendrez à la fois comme manager opérationnel terrain et comme relais stratégique du Directeur.
Votre objectif : Remettre l’hôtel au niveau d’excellence attendu d’un 4★ et en faire une référence locale.
Vos missions principales
Redressement opérationnel
- Structurer l’organisation et le suivi quotidien
- Optimisation des process opérationnels, analyse et amélioration des performances
- Réinstaller les standards et process marque
- Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes
- Contribuer activement à l’amélioration de la satisfaction client et de la qualité
Pilotage restauration
- Repositionner l’offre F&B
- Challenger les ratios et la rentabilité
- Structurer les pratiques
- Garantir cohérence, exigence et qualité d’exécution
Management & culture
- Insuffler une nouvelle dynamique et être moteur du changement
- Fédérer, responsabiliser, challenger
- Encadrement et accompagnement des équipes : animation des réunions opérationnelles
- Développement d’une culture d’exigence bienveillante et de performance
Votre profil
- Expérience confirmée en hôtellerie sur un poste d’Adjoint(e) de Direction, Responsable Hébergement ou Directeur(trice) Restauration évolutif
- Bonne maîtrise de l’exploitation hôtelière multi-services (hébergement + F&B)
- Excellente culture opérationnelle et connaissance des indicateurs de performance (TO, PM, RevPAR, ratios F&B)
- Leadership naturel et forte présence terrain
- Capacité à structurer et remettre de la rigueur
- Résilience et énergie
- Expérience Accor appréciée
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel
Conditions
- CDI – Temps plein
- Rémunération : 48 000 à 50 000 € brut annuel
- Variable sur objectifs (environ 1 mois)
