• Support the digital vertical in implementing at the hotel level, crucial activities with respect to global and regional strategic initiatives.
• Execute digital marketing activities of hotels as per brand guidelines, assisting in content management, coordination on relationship/social marketing.
• Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the property on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the property
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop a strategic plan of digital projects, campaigns and activities that will enhance the customer experience when interacting with the brand
• To work with marketing team to ensure traffic generation on social media & bridging & linking this to hotels
• Close collaboration with the Revenue and Distribution departments to ensure that product and service delivery is seamless and maximizes customer engagement and conversion
