Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

Job Description

Would you like to participate to the opening of our new Mama Shelter in Zürich?]

THE MISSION? 

At Mama, companies get things done while having fun! 🎉 We offer them a unique event experience 🎈 and you are the guarantor. Our customers are always in good hands with you. 🤝

Like a great conductor 🎼, you organise all events (B2B & B2C) from A to Z; from negotiation to invoicing 💳 & on-site reception. 🎪You are the single point of contact for customers 📞. Business meetings, business seminars, workshops with cocktail parties 🍸, or birthdays 🎂: you have everything under control!

Through a commercial strategy 📊 and a pricing policy 💵 that you develop with HQ and the Sales Manager, you participate and contribute to the achievement & success of the strategy 🏆 by negotiating and realising event requests. ✨

On the field, you coordinate with all the services (Housekeeping 🧹, F&B 🍽️, Kitchen 🍳, Reception 🛎️) and make sure that customer satisfaction is top of the list.

As an Ambassador of the group 🌟, you convey our values with your energy ⚡ and positive vibes. ✨
