Responsabilidades clave:
• Garantizar el más alto nivel de servicio, representando los valores de la marca Ibis.
• Asegurar una operación hotelera de excelencia, priorizando la satisfacción de huéspedes, empleados, socios corporativos y propietarios, cumpliendo o superando los objetivos financieros.
• Brindar soporte a las operaciones diarias del hotel, especialmente en los departamentos de Recepción y Alimentos & Bebidas.
• Inspirar al equipo a través del ejemplo, encarnando el espíritu Heartist.
• Implementar y supervisar procedimientos que mantengan altos estándares de calidad.
• Apoyar al Director General en tareas relacionadas con relaciones laborales y normativas de salud y seguridad.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia comprobada en la industria hotelera.
• Fuerte orientación al cliente, compromiso y alto nivel de inteligencia emocional.
• Habilidades sólidas de gestión para alinear al equipo en torno a objetivos comunes, con enfoque en calidad y metas financieras.
• Dominio del español y del inglés; otros idiomas serán considerados un plus.
