Sous la supervision de la Responsable Développement T&C, la / le Coordinateur ( trice ) Développement Talent & Culture :
- Participer au processus de recrutement en termes d’organisation (sourcing, gestion des rendez-vous pour les entretiens, gestion des réponses, suivi des dossiers) ;
- Accueillir les nouvelles recrues, et préparer leur intégration via un processus bien défini ; Assurer le tutorat dans tous les départements ;
- Organiser les sessions de formations et s'assurer des détails logistiques;
- Participer aux relations avec les organismes extérieurs (cabinets, consultants, formateurs, etc.) ;
- Assister la Responsable Développement dans l’élaboration de plans de carrières adaptés pour les employés ;
- Participer à la collecte de données sociales (enquêtes, statistiques) et les exploiter en vue de l'élaboration des outils de gestion : bilan social, indicateurs sociaux, tableaux de bord sociaux ;
- Etre force de proposition dans tous ce qui concerne la communication interne à destination du Personnel et créer des supports destinés à être affichés;
- Participer à l’organisation et au suivi des formations dans le cadre du Plan de formation annuel et à la gestion des évaluations annuelles ;
- Dialoguer avec le personnel pour répondre à leurs questions et centraliser leurs besoins ;
- Assurer la cohérence et mise à jour des tableaux d’affichage ;
- S’assurer de leur bonne intégration au sein du département ou service accueillant ;
- Participer aux relations écoles ;
- Superviser les évaluations des stagiaires par les responsables en fin de stage.
- BAC+4 en Management ou Gestion des Ressources Humaines ;
- Français courant, la maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout certain ;
- Discrétion et sens de la confidentialité ;
- Méthodique, sens de l’organisation ;
- Capacité d’écoute et de dialogue, sens de la communication ;
- Aisance relationnelle et diplomatie ;
- Disponibilité ;
- Capacité d’anticipation.
- Connaissance du SIRH en place ;
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques.
