Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Coordination of conference and events (C&E) from start to finish
- Liaising with resort departments to provide seamless events
- Build connections with clients, turning an event vision into reality
- Represent the resort pride and passion, driving return clients
- Host site inspections with confidence and authenticity
- Respond to client queries with efficiency and professionalism
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative expertise
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience in a conference & events roles or similar
- Highly organised and able to coordinate multiple events successfully
- Able to efficiently respond to client queries, by phone or email, with professionalism
- A team player who proactively seeks out ways to help colleagues
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Background in hospitality with knowledge of operational requirements is ideal
- Genuine interest in growing career in Sales & Events
