Acts as the main point of contact for guests, providing detailed information about the hotel and local area while handling all requests from dining reservations to transportation and special event planning.
Manages and fulfills a wide range of guest services, including handling luggage, messages, and parcels, while maintaining a network of external service providers to ensure efficient coordination.
Maintains and updates guest preference records to offer personalized service and collaborates with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a professional, polished demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
Must be a highly organized and detail-oriented team player with a "can-do" attitude, capable of multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possesses a proactive and creative mindset, is results-oriented, and has the ability to maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships.
