The 25hours Hotel Paper Island, surrounded by water on Christiansholm, is just a short walk from Nyhavn. The island has been transformed into a vibrant new city neighborhood, featuring pioneering architecture by the award-winning COBE architects. These new buildings offer a fresh interpretation of harbor architecture, using concrete, brick, and timber. Inside the hotel, the design by STYLT Trampoli evokes the feel of a Scandinavian holiday home on a small island. Your journey to this Scandinavian retreat begins at the harbor-themed reception. The public spaces resemble a village, with a little shop reflecting the variety of items you might find there, from fishing gear to shoes to food. Once you make your way to our rooms or one our three dining outlets, you'll feel as though you’ve arrived at your holiday cottage.
The team at 25 Hours Hotel Hotel Paper Island is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations in our different outlets including our Asian inspired restaurant Tigerlily, our Nomad Day Bar and during events in our function rooms. We are looking forward to welcoming you as Chef (f/m/d) in our team.
